Terms and Conditions

Usage of MGS Group Inc. is conditional upon the acceptance of these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, along with our stated Return and Shipping policies, do not access, use or order from this site.  MGS Group Inc. reserves the right, without notification, to make changes to these terms and conditions as well as our Return and Shipping policies.  You accept responsibility to review this page prior to submitting an order on this website.

You agree that you are at least 18 years old or are visiting the site under the supervision of an adult or guardian.

Acceptance of Orders

MGS Group Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any order prior to shipping at our exclusive discretion.  The receipt of an order confirmation email is not acceptance of an order.  Due to security concerns it may be possible that customer information will be subject to verification. 

Liability

MGS Group Inc. shall not be held responsible and will not be liable for any damage or injury due to the purchase, use or delivery of any product, service or software.  The remedy for missing or damaged products in orders is reshipment of the product or refund of the purchase price, at the discretion of MGS Group Inc.  In the case of refund, the return of the product, at the request of MGS Group Inc. is required.

Quantities

We reserve the right to limit quantities at our sole discretion.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.  If a product has been shipped and there was a typographical error, our sole responsibility is to pick up the product at our expense and refund the payment for the order.

Product Availability and Delivery Times

Products advertised for sale on MGS Group Inc. are subject to availability.  If we are unable to provide a product you will not be charged for such products or your credit card will be issued credit.  We are not responsible for any other compensation or losses you may incur for our inability to provide products.

Every attempt is made to deliver products in the time stated on product pages and as quickly as possible.  Stated delivery times are not guaranteed but are estimated times provided by manufacturers or distributors or are based on historical delivery times of previous orders.

Standard delivery estimates apply to orders shipping to CONUS.  While we do our best to expedite delivery, stated delivery estimates do not apply.  Orders placed to areas outside CONUS will not be refunded due to delivery times.
